About our speaker:

Eleanor Kitzman was appointed the Texas Insurance Commissioner effective August 15, 2011 by Governor Rick Perry.

She served as the executive director of the South Carolina Budget and Control Board and was the past director of the South Carolina Department of Insurance. She is a former clerk for the Texas Supreme Court. She previously held management positions with several insurers and reinsurers, and practiced law with the Austin office of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and South Carolina Bar Association.

She received her B.A. from the University of Houston in 1984 and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1986.

• IIAAustin Non-Members:  $30.00
• If you do not register 24 hours in advance of the luncheon, the fee will be $35.00/person payable at the door.

Cancellation Terms:  As reservations must be made in advance to the meeting facility, we ask that you submit your reservations by noon, February 6, 2011.  Cancellations for paid or unpaid reservations must be made by noon, February 6, 2011 in order to receive a refund or not be billed.
